Role Overview: Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Develops and documents individualized care plans with collaborative input, ensuring clear communication across care teams. Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and barriers. Ensures safety and compliance in all duties.

Qualifications & Skills:
