Clinical Nurse – High-Risk Cardiology (Night Shift)

Role Overview:

This position involves providing direct patient care in a high-risk cardiology unit, caring for patients with conditions such as myocardial infarction, heart failure, arrhythmias, and pulmonary hypertension. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans, promoting patient and family-centered care, and educating on illness management and medication use. The role requires participation in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Staff collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate care plans across the continuum, using critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs. The position is safety-sensitive, requiring constant alertness.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree in Nursing, RN license, no prior experience required.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with at least 2 years of experience.
