Role Overview

Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, home care, and medications.
  • Participates in ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.
  • Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families, ensuring clear communication across care settings.
  • Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations.
  • Works in a safety-sensitive environment requiring alertness and safe practices.
  • Qualifications & Skills

    • Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
    • Licensure as an RN required; no prior experience needed, but 2+ years preferred for certain roles.
    • Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills.
