Role Overview:
This nursing position involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within established standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Nurses will develop, implement, and document individualized care plans, collaborate with the healthcare team, and assess patients’ physical, psychosocial, emotional, and cultural needs. This position requires working in a safety-sensitive environment with a focus on alertness and safety.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- RN license required
- No prior experience necessary; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to educate patients and collaborate effectively within a team
Key Duties:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care and education to patients and families
