Clinical Nurse Educator – ENT Plastics

Role Overview:

The Clinical Nurse Educator supports the ENT/plastic reconstructive division in a top-ranked surgical unit, focusing on staff education, professional development, and patient outcome optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate educational and professional development activities for clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Collaborate with staff and external organizations to develop and deliver clinical training, continuing education, and professional growth opportunities.
  • Participate in safety, quality, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
  • Work with leadership to identify educational needs and develop tailored education plans.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and lifelong learning.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • RN license required.
  • 2-5 years of nursing experience; 5-10 years preferred for advanced roles.
  • Strong collaboration, assessment, and educational planning skills.
  • Basic Cardiovascular Life Support certification preferred.
