Position: Clinical Nurse Coordinator – Cardiovascular Medical Surgical Telemetry
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage daily clinical operations, unit workflow, and patient care to ensure safety and high-quality experiences.
- Direct and mentor care team members, fostering staff development and clinical performance improvement.
- Assume direct patient care when necessary and be accountable for patient outcomes in assigned areas.
- Promote a positive, patient-centered environment and guide staff in delivering individualized care and preparing patients for discharge.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in IL required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Master’s preferred.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
- Minimum of 3 years’ clinical experience; management experience preferred.
