Role Overview:
This is a full-time nursing position involving 3-12 hour shifts, primarily during the day, with benefits commencing after the first month. The role focuses on providing direct patient care within a specialized, fast-paced cardiac care unit, emphasizing patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered care by assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions.
- Educate patients and families on managing illnesses, medications, and post-treatment care.
- Develop and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients.
- Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and cultural factors.
- Participate in professional development and quality improvement activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Licensure: Valid RN license required.
- Experience: No experience required; 2+ years preferred.
