Clinical Nurse

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating them on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Participates in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with collaborative input from patients, families, and the healthcare team, ensuring seamless communication across care settings.
  • Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific factors.
  • Supports a healing environment by educating patients and families, advocating for safety, and ensuring regulatory standards are met.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing; RN license required.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Ability to work safely and maintain alertness in a safety-sensitive position.
