Clinical Nurse

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs. Collaborates with the interprofessional team to develop, implement, and document individualized care plans aligned with care standards. Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific factors. Ensures communication across care continuum and participates in promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Maintains alertness and safe practices as a safety-sensitive role.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (RN license required)
  • No prior experience necessary; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles
  • Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills
  • Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment with alertness and professionalism
  • Key Duties:

  • Assess and evaluate patient needs comprehensively
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with team and patients/families
  • Educate patients and families on care management and medication use
  • Participate in quality improvement, safety, and compliance activities
  • Utilize critical thinking to address physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs
