Role: Clinical Informatics Specialist Lead
Responsibilities:
- Optimize clinical information systems to enhance patient care and safety.
- Collaborate with nurses, providers, and IT teams to design, build, test, and implement EHR tools, order sets, documentation templates, and clinical decision support systems.
- Conduct workflow analysis, data extraction, and reporting to support clinical operations.
- Provide user training, go-live support, and issue resolution to ensure smooth system adoption.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote best practices hospital-wide.
Qualifications & Skills:
