Role and Responsibilities:
The Clinic RN provides comprehensive ambulatory nursing care tailored to patients’ physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
They facilitate care coordination using the nursing process—assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care and education through direct, telephonic, telehealth, or electronic encounters.
The RN collaborates with the healthcare team, ensures compliance with professional standards and regulations, and supports clinicians in delivering quality, patient-centered care aligned with organizational values.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree)
- Valid Washington RN license upon hire
- American Heart Association BLS certification
- At least 18 months of professional nursing experience
