Role: Outpatient Clinic Manager – Physical Therapist (PT)
Responsibilities:
- Lead clinic operations, including financial, administrative, and personnel management
- Provide patient-centered physical therapy for diverse orthopedic and neurologic caseloads
- Create and implement individualized care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes
- Track patient progress with advanced outcome-measurement tools
- Ensure thorough documentation of evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharges
- Support and lead a collaborative clinic team, fostering a positive culture
- Engage in professional development through workshops, conferences, and community activities
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Licensed or license-eligible as a PT
- Minimum of one year of physical therapy experience
- Passion for growth, learning, and making an impact in patient care
