Requires a Master’s Degree in Counseling or a related field and licensure such as LPC-Associate, LPC, MFT-Associate, or LCSW.
Responsibilities include direct client services (individual, group, family, play therapy), assessments, crisis intervention, case documentation, and court support.
Must be trained or willing to be trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, maintain current skills, and adhere to ethical and organizational policies.
Engages in team collaboration, community outreach, professional development, and may participate in court testimony and community events.
