The Charge Registered Nurse utilizes theoretical concepts to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care according to professional standards.

Responsibilities include: managing the medical cardiac patient population with chronic and acute conditions such as heart failure, dysrhythmias, respiratory distress, sepsis, and more. Coordinating care for patients requiring procedures like cath lab, dialysis, outpatient infusion, or anti-coagulation therapies.

Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, current RN licensure in the state or compact licensure, and Basic Life Support certification.

Skills & Key Duties: applying nursing theories, providing comprehensive patient care, collaborating with healthcare teams, and maintaining licensure and certifications.
