We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care within a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in collaboration with the care team Monitoring patient conditions and adjusting care plans accordingly Communicating with patients, families, and staff to ensure patient-centered care and satisfaction Documenting assessments, care delivered, and incidents accurately Participating in performance improvement initiatives and supporting organizational goals Mentoring and fostering growth among colleagues Maintaining professional licenses, certifications, and staying current with industry best practices Upholding confidentiality, safety, and professional standards Qualifications and skills required: - Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Current nursing license and certifications, including BLS
