Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs within a collaborative care team. They serve as a key communication link between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient safety, satisfaction, and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, develop and execute care plans, and document all assessments and interventions.
- Respond to patient needs, address concerns, and educate patients and families on health issues, promoting patient- and family-centered care.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contribute to process enhancements, and support organizational goals for quality and satisfaction.
- Maintain professional licenses, certifications, and engage in ongoing training and professional development.
- Mentor and support peers, foster a positive work environment, and uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Nursing.
- Valid nursing license (RN) and current BLS certification.
- Ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, and demonstrate professionalism and leadership.
