Role Overview: Provides high-quality nursing care as a frontline member of the patient care team, serving as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions to develop and implement care plans.
- Deliver safe, effective care aligned with policies and procedures, maintaining thorough documentation.
- Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, educating families, and ensuring patient-centered care.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Maintain professional competence through ongoing training, certifications, and professional development.
- Mentor and support fellow nurses, fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Adhere to confidentiality, safety standards, and organizational policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Nursing.
- Active RN license; multi-state license (RN-COmpact) or single-state license.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) upon hire.
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, teamwork, and leadership skills.
