Role: Provides quality nursing care across the patient lifecycle during night shifts, managing operational issues and ensuring effective communication within the team. Acts as a resource and guide for staff, addressing patient care, departmental, and staff concerns.
Qualifications: Must be a graduate of a nursing program with at least one year of hospital experience. Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC multistate license and BLS certification are required. Preferred qualifications include two or more years of hospital experience, a Bachelor’s degree, advanced specialty certification, and demonstrated clinical competency.
