Charge Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Resident Care Manager to oversee daily facility operations, ensuring a safe, compliant, and supportive environment for residents.

Manage overall operations, uphold healthcare standards, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Coordinate with nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care, monitor vital signs, and manage outpatient services.

Ensure HIPAA compliance to protect patient privacy.

Lead staff training and development, promoting continuous improvement.

Collaborate with medical professionals in a Level I Trauma Center setting for optimal resident care.

Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and procedures.

Address resident concerns promptly to foster a supportive living environment.

Requirements: Prior healthcare experience, knowledge of medical terminology and patient care protocols, leadership skills, and strong communication abilities. Must be willing to relocate and commute to Moscow, ID.
