Charge Nurse – Surgical Acute Care
Coordinate and oversee daily unit operations for surgical acute-care patients, ensuring safe, compassionate, patient-centered nursing care. Support, mentor, and guide nursing staff to maintain high standards of practice and effective teamwork.
Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Promote quality improvement initiatives and strengthen communication across the care continuum.
