Position: Certified Surgical Tech
Location: Naperville, IL
Role Overview: Under supervision of a Registered Nurse, performs patient care tasks and assists surgical teams before, during, and after procedures. Prepares the operating room, acts as scrub person, and ensures patient safety and comfort.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Certified Surgical Technician program or equivalent; current CPR certification; national certification through the Association of Surgical Technologists required; if not certified at hire, must obtain within 18 months.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare OR for surgery, assist surgical team, perform patient care procedures, and maintain sterile environment.
