Role: Certified Surgical Tech II
Responsibilities:
- Prepare operating rooms and ensure proper sterilization of instruments
- Maintain strict aseptic technique to uphold patient safety
- Anticipate surgeon needs and handle surgical instruments efficiently
- Manage supplies and accurately document procedures
- Support resident and student education in the OR
- Collaborate with nurses, surgeons, and anesthesia staff to ensure smooth surgical operations
Qualifications & Skills:
- Certified Surgical Tech credential
- Knowledge of surgical procedures, instruments, and sterilization techniques
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
