Role: Certified Surgical Technologist
Responsibilities:
- Prepare operating rooms (ORs) and manage instruments and sterile fields
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses to facilitate safe and efficient surgeries
- Apply advanced aseptic techniques and maintain accurate counts of surgical instruments and supplies
- Operate specialized equipment across multiple surgical specialties
Qualifications and Skills:
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist
- Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and sterile procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and attention to detail
