Role & Responsibilities: Performs respiratory therapy procedures on patients with diverse needs and abnormalities.
Supervises positions as assigned.
Responsible for ensuring patient safety, physical activity, and environmental safety during treatments.
May handle emergency situations and work irregular hours.
Must wear protective equipment when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
Must be able to lift, push, or pull loads up to 50 pounds, and have sufficient strength, mobility, and stamina for frequent location and position changes and patient care.
Must meet physical, visual, and hearing requirements, with or without assistance.
Exposure to infectious diseases, chemicals, and emergency situations is possible.
Physical activities include sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and twisting.
Activity conditions vary from occasional to continuous.
