Job Summary
Performs respiratory therapy procedures on patients with diverse needs and physical abnormalities.
Key Duties
- Assess patient condition and develop appropriate respiratory care plans.
- Administer treatments such as oxygen therapy, mechanical ventilation, and aerosol medications.
- Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments accordingly.
- Operate and maintain respiratory therapy equipment.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
- Hold a Respiratory Care Practitioner license from the State of Texas.
- Possess a Certified Respiratory Therapist license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of start.
