We are seeking a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) to provide critical respiratory care in a high-acuity environment, primarily during night shifts.
Key responsibilities include: managing mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, airway management, performing arterial blood gas analysis, conducting pulmonary diagnostics, implementing care plans, documenting patient interventions, and responding to emergencies.
In the absence of a supervisor, the CRT may serve as Lead RCP, overseeing shift operations.
Qualifications: valid State RCP license, current BCLS and ACLS certifications, 2+ years of experience preferred, with NRP and PALS certifications within specified timeframes. An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred; a high school diploma is required.
