Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Role: Certified Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) or Registered Nurse (RN) providing anesthesia care across various patient acuity levels and settings.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform pre-operative patient assessments and develop plans of care.
  • Establish and maintain venous access and airway management.
  • Induce, maintain, and monitor anesthesia; ensure safe emergence.
  • Transfer care post-procedure and conduct post-operative follow-up.
  • Serve as a clinical instructor for anesthesia students.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Active licensure as a CRNA or RN in the practice state.
  • Board certification by the NBCRNA for CRNAs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, visualize clearly, and work collaboratively.
  • Commitment to safety, confidentiality, and adherence to regulatory standards.
