Role: Certified Surgical Technologist
Responsibilities:
- Support high-acuity operating room procedures in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Collaborate with surgeons and RNs to prepare OR suites and manage sterile instrumentation.
- Ensure accurate counts and anticipate surgical team needs for smooth operations.
- Apply advanced aseptic techniques and support complex surgical cases.
- Utilize electronic systems for documentation and inventory management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist.
- Proficiency in sterile techniques and surgical support.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to operate electronic documentation and inventory systems.
