Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Provide compassionate, hands-on support to residents in a senior living community. Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, mobility, and meals, and monitor residents’ well-being to support safe, person-centered care.
Key Duties
- Assist residents with daily living activities while maintaining dignity and comfort
- Support mobility and help residents move safely
- Help with meal assistance as directed
- Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
- Follow established care plans and facility procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication records
- Work collaboratively with nurses and team members
Qualifications & Skills
- Current CNA certification
- Strong compassion, patience, and resident-first attitude
- Ability to provide physical assistance safely
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail for documentation and care-plan compliance
