We are seeking a Certified Medication Assistant to provide compassionate support to residents in a senior living community.
- Responsibilities include: safely administering medications, monitoring for side effects, and accurately documenting all care following state regulations and community policies.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, promoting independence and well-being.
- Communicate any changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff promptly.
