Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT); relevant prior standards accepted for candidates matriculated before 2015.
- Experience:
- Preferred: One year of clinical experience.
- Certifications & Licenses:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, required within 90 days of start.
- Licensed Physical Therapist from the relevant licensing board.
- Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) certification.
