Cath Lab Angiography Technologist supports advanced catheterization lab operations by performing diagnostic imaging and assisting with interventional cardiology procedures. The role is central to delivering high-quality care for cardiac and peripheral vascular conditions through the use of modern imaging technology and established treatment protocols.
Key Duties
- Prepare equipment and assist physicians during diagnostic angiography and related catheter-based procedures.
- Operate and monitor imaging systems to capture high-quality diagnostic studies.
- Support patient care throughout the imaging process, following safety and procedural standards.
- Maintain appropriate documentation and ensure lab readiness and adherence to protocols.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to support safe, efficient, and accurate procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
- Certification and/or licensure as required for cath lab/angiography technologist roles.
