As a Caregiver, you play a vital role in supporting seniors’ quality of life by providing hands-on assistance and building meaningful relationships. Your responsibilities include aiding with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting changes. You promote safety, dignity, and independence, engage residents through conversation and activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, you create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
