Role Overview
The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, focusing on enhancing their quality of life through personalized care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
- Follow and document changes in Individualized Service Plans (ISP).
- Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.
- Engage residents with conversation and daily activities to foster meaningful relationships.
- Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
- Communicate effectively with families and care team members.
- In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
