Caregiver (Personal Care Assistant)

Caregiver Role Overview

As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on support to residents, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. You will follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document any changes, while promoting safety, dignity, and independence. Engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment are key responsibilities. In Memory Care settings, creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss is essential.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED, be 18 or older, and hold or be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification. The role requires compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
