Role Overview
The Caregiver provides hands-on support to residents, promoting dignity, safety, and independence. Key responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, while following individualized care plans and documenting changes. Engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean environment are essential duties. In Memory Care, caregivers create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma/GED and age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
