Caregiver (Personal Care Assistant)

Caregiver Role Overview

As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on support to residents, assisting with

  • Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.

    Your responsibilities include following Individualized Service Plans (ISP), documenting changes, and promoting safety, dignity, and independence. You will engage residents through conversation and activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

    In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. Effective communication with families and care team members is essential.

    Qualifications include a
