Role Overview

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following individualized service plans and documenting changes. Engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment are essential duties. In Memory Care settings, creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss is also key.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Key Duties: Providing compassionate care, promoting safety and independence, engaging residents in daily activities, and effectively communicating with families and care teams.
