Role Overview
The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, fostering dignity, safety, and independence. Key responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following individualized service plans and documenting changes. Engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean environment are essential duties. In Memory Care, creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss is also part of the role.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
Key Duties:

- Engage residents in conversations and activities
