Role Overview
The caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence while building meaningful relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
- Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document any changes.
- Engage residents through conversation and daily activities to enrich their lives.
- Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
- Communicate effectively with families and care team members.
- In Memory Care settings, create engaging experiences for residents with memory loss.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
- Must demonstrate compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
