Role Overview: This position involves providing community-based support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, fostering their independence and well-being.
Responsibilities: Assist with personal hygiene, support behavioral and complex needs, help participants achieve developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, and build meaningful relationships. Qualifications & Skills: High School diploma or equivalent, preferred experience in human services or care, strong communication, adaptability, patience, reliability, and a valid driver’s license with vehicle access. Key Duties: Support participants in community activities, promote their growth, and ensure safety and well-being through compassionate care and initiative.
