Caregiver

Role Overview

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, fostering independence and dignity while building meaningful relationships. Key responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care; following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting changes; promoting safety and respect; engaging residents through conversation and activities; supporting dining services; maintaining a clean environment; and communicating effectively with families and care team members. In Memory Care, caregivers create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications and Skills: High School Diploma or GED; age 18+; CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain; compassionate, reliable, and strong communication skills.
