Caregiver

Role Overview

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to residents, helping with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while promoting safety, dignity, and independence. They follow individualized service plans, document changes, and support dining services in a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, they create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with ADLs and support their well-being
  • Engage residents through conversation and activities
  • Communicate effectively with families and care team members
  • Maintain safety, dignity, and independence for residents
  • Support dining and maintain a clean environment

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
  • CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
  • Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
