Join Our Team as a Lead Caregiver

Role Overview: As a Lead Caregiver, you will serve as a shift leader, ensuring high-quality, consistent resident care while coaching and supporting the caregiving team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead shift assignments, manage attendance, and coordinate coverage
• Provide hands-on support with activities of daily living (ADL)
• Coach caregivers on quality standards, hospitality, and documentation
• Review charting to ensure alignment with Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
• Monitor resident changes and communicate concerns promptly
• Support onboarding and mentor new team members
• Promote safety, compliance, and smooth shift transitions

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making skills
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care
