Caregiver Role Summary

We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide hands-on support to seniors, enhancing their quality of life.

In this role, you will assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, following individualized service plans (ISPs) and documenting any changes. You will promote safety, dignity, and independence while engaging residents through conversations and activities. Supporting dining services and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment are also key responsibilities. In Memory Care settings, you will create enriching experiences tailored to residents with memory loss. Effective communication with families and care team members is essential.

Qualifications include:

• High School Diploma or GED, age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
