Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support to residents, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence. The role involves assisting with

Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

and following

Individualized Service Plans (ISP) while documenting any changes

. Engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean environment are key responsibilities. In Memory Care settings, creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss is essential. Effective communication with families and care teams is vital.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain), and qualities such as compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
