Role Overview
The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, focusing on enhancing their quality of life through personalized care and meaningful interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
- Follow and document changes in Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
- Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents
- Engage residents in conversation and daily activities to foster social well-being
- Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
- Communicate effectively with families and care team members
- In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
