Role: Caregiver at a senior living community, dedicated to enhancing residents’ quality of life through compassionate support and relationship-building.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
- Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document any changes.
- Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.
- Engage residents in conversations and daily activities to foster connection.
- Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
- Communicate effectively with residents’ families and care team members.
- In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED; age 18 or older.
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
