Caregiver

Role Overview

As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on support to seniors, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. You will follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP), document any changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.

You will engage residents through conversation and activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. Effective communication with families and care team members is essential.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
  • CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
  • Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
