Role Overview

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. They follow individualized service plans, promote safety, dignity, and independence, and engage residents through conversation and activities. In Memory Care, they create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. The role involves supporting dining services, maintaining a clean environment, and communicating effectively with families and care team members.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma/GED and age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Follow and document updates to care plans
• Support safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents in conversation and activities
• Support dining services and maintain a welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• Create meaningful experiences in Memory Care

Compensation & Benefits: The pay range is $17.20 – $21.55 per hour.
